Happy Valley Athletic Association (Chinese: ) is a Hong Kong football club. They currently play in the Hong Kong Second Division League. The club is also known simply as Happy Valley (or HVAA). It is historically one of the most successful soccer clubs in Hong Kong, having won the first division league 6 times (after South China and Seiko) and had consistently been in the top division, until recently relegated to the second division after the season 2009-10.

In the 2005-06 season, Happy Valley won the Hong Kong First Division League, losing just one match. The League title was Happy Valley's fourth in eight seasons. However, the team did not win any titles after that season.
