Before entering the adult film industry, Rose worked at Hooters with her best friend and roommate Tory Lane. Lane recruited Rose into stripping to supplement their waitressing income, while Rose recruited Lane into porn.[2] Rose says she lost her virginity at the age of 14 to a close friend with whom she still maintains contact.[3]
