Hartley is a village one mile southwest of Cranbrook in Kent, England. The only retailer in the area is a local farmshop. Hartley lies on the A229. The 'University of West Hartley' is soon to open offering a variety of vocational degrees of the highest quality rivalling those of the not so local West Kent College.
