European Parliament constituency East of England

Harwich and North Essex is a parliamentary constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

Following the Boundary Commission for England's review of parliamentary representation in Essex, much of the existing North Essex constituency was combined with part of the existing Harwich constituency, with the remainder of the Harwich seat renamed as the new Clacton constituency.
