Hatboro-Horsham Senior High School is a comprehensive public high school, serving grades 9 -12, located in Horsham, Pennsylvania, about 17 miles outside of Philadelphia. It is the only high school in the Hatboro-Horsham School District which includes part of Ambler as well as Horsham and Hatboro. Its main feeder school is Keith Valley Middle School.

The Hatboro-Horsham Indoor Percussion Ensemble won the Eastern U.S. T.I.A. All-Chapter Championship in 2009 and 2010[1] and the WGI National Championship in 1995[2]. The Hatboro-Horsham Marching Unit has won the Cavalcade State Champs for two years in a row. Special awards include; best percussion, over-all general effect, best color guard, and best Auxiliary.

In March 2010, Hatboro-Horsham High School hosted the first Green Futures Fair in Montgomery County, PA to give students from HHSD and other nearby districts a chance to learn about advances and possible careers in the "green field."[3]

The Lady Hatters softball team won the 2008 PIAA Class AAAA state softball championship, beating Greater Latrobe High School 3-0.[4] The Lady Hatters Volleyball Team has also made it to states and placed third out of four in the 2009 season.

Hatboro-Horsham plays Upper Moreland High School annually on Thanksgiving Day. The 73rd edition of this game was played on November 27, 2008 at 10:00 am at Upper Moreland High School - Upper Moreland won the game 27-13. Hatboro-Horsham leads the all time series 49-21-6
