Heatherdown was a preparatory school in the civil parish of Winkfield, near Ascot, in the English county of Berkshire.
The school was set in 30 acres (12 ha) of grounds and its former pupils included:
- Prince Andrew, Duke of York
- Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex
- David Cameron
- Sir Edward Fielden
- Bryan Guinness, 2nd Baron Moyne
- Victor Hely-Hutchinson
- Angus Ogilvy
- James Ogilvy
- George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews
- David Niven
It closed in 1982. The site is now occupied by the Licensed Victuallers' School.
