The Lares Ice Cream Parlor (or Heladería de Lares, in Spanish) is a famous ice cream store located in the town of Lares, Puerto Rico.
The ice cream store was founded in 1968 by Salvador Barreto (known as "Yinyo") and has an array of over 1,000 flavors. The flavors range from traditional ones (vanilla, chocolate) to exotic ones (rum, meat, chicken, rice & beans, codfish, beer, sweet potato, shrimp, corn, garlic, ginger).Including Pieman
