Hello is a song written by Christina Aguilera, Robert Hoffman, Heather Holley for promoting new car model of Mercedes-Benz A-Class, back in summer 2004.

The song was originally going to be released as an official single, but was not pushed through due to Christina having started her next musical project, Back to Basics.

Back in 2004, Mercedes-Benz proposed Aguilera as the new image of the DaimlerChrysler, in order to promote the new Mercedes-Benz W169. According to the company, Aguilera responded with interest, producing four song compositions. The one the company chose was "Hello."

From June to September 2004, Mercedes-Benz created a web site for the W169, and organized a myriad of events, for example in Milan at the Castello Sforzesco. The campaign also included Mercedes-Benz television spots with Giorgio Armani, Boris Becker, and Aguilera herself.
