Hen is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The municipality encompassed the valleys around the village of Isfjorden in the northeastern part of the present-day municipality of Rauma. Hen is still a parish within the municipality of Rauma.[1]
The mountains Kyrkjetaket and Gjuratinden are both located in Hen.

The municipality of Hen was established on 1 January 1902 when it was split off from the municipality of Grytten. Hen had an initial population of 1,128. On 1 January 1964, Hen was merged together with Eid, Grytten, Voll, and part of Veøy to form the new municipality of Rauma. Prior to the merger, Hen had a population of 1,663.[2]
