John Henderson Elementary is a public elementary school in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada and is part of School District 39 Vancouver.

The school opened on Friday, November 22, 1963 and was named after John Henderson, a long-time Vancouver educator. In the years following the school's opening, John Henderson was also granted an Honorary Life Membership in the Vancouver Vocational Institute's Vocational Instructors Association, and was honoured as a Freeman of the City of Vancouver.
