Hera Pheri 4 is an upcoming Bollywood comedy film directed by Anees Bazmee and produced by Feroz Nadiadwala. It is the third movie in the Hera Pheri series, after Hera Pheri, which was directed by Priyadarshan and Phir Hera Pheri, which was directed by Neeraj Vora. The project will star Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Sunil Shetty from the two previous films, with new additions including Katrina Kaif and Sanjay Dutt. It was originally titled International Hera Pheri.
Though the film is the third installment in the series, it was titled Hera Pheri 4 instead of Hera Pheri 3. The reason behind it will be revealed along with the theatrical promo of the film.

The film is expected to begin filming in Summer 2012. In January 2011, it was reported that main stars Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar had left the project due to scheduling conflicts. Both actors were replaced by Nana Patekar and Sanjay Dutt.[1] Although, the producer Feroz Nadiadwala denied this and reported it fake. He also added "This is completely untrue and baseless". Talking about approaching Nana and Sanju he adds, "How can we make Hera Pheri without Akshay and Paresh ?"[1]
It was also reported that Sunil Shetty had also left the project. Shortly after, it was announced that Abishek Bachchan had signed on to the project.
