Herbert Junior Swan (born January 20, 1927) was the 18th Speaker for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan in Canada. He held this post from 1982 to 1986.[1] A member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan, Swan represented the riding of Rosetown-Elrose.[2] He was not a candidate for reelection in 1991 and left political life at that election. He is a resident of Beechy, Saskatchewan.
