High Desert Investment Corporation is a development firm located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a for-profit subsidiary completely owned by Albuquerque Academy, an independent school in the city. The High Desert Investment Corporation developed High Desert, New Mexico and are working on developing Mariposa, Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
