Arkansas Highway 21 is a state highway of 99.3 miles (159.8 km) in Johnson, Newton, Madison, and Carroll Counties.[1][2][3][4]

[edit] Route description

AR 21 begins at US 64/AR 164 by Clarksville Municipal Airport and runs north to Ozark National Forest. The route meets AR 16 in Fallsville, forming a concurrency that lasts until the route leaves the forest. AR 21 continues north to meet AR 74 in Boxley.

AR 21 continues north to meet US 412/AR 68 near Marble and US 62/AR 221 in Berryville. The route then arrows northeast to Blue Eye and Route 13, where it terminates.

Its southern terminus is officially at U.S. Highway 64 just east of Clarksville, though northbound it is posted as beginning at Interstate 40 running north along Highway 103 for 3 miles (4.8 km) then running east along US 64 for 1-mile (1.6 km) before turning north.
