Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., (NYSE: HRC) is a holding company, formerly known as Hillenbrand Industries, and began public trading as Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. on the NYSE on 01 April 2008. It has one subsidiary. Hill-Rom makes hospital beds, furniture, other medical equipment, and medical technology systems.
Previously the company was also the owner of the Batesville Casket Company. On 01 April 2008 that company was split off to form Hillenbrand, Inc.
