Hilltop High School is a public high school in West Unity, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Millcreek-West Unity Local Schools district. Their nickname is the Cadets. They are members of the Buckeye Border Conference and, for football only, the Toledo Area Athletic Conference.

Williams County, Ohio contains seven different public school districts. The Williams County school districts are Bryan City School District, Edgerton Local School District, Edon-Northwest Local School District, Millcreek-West Unity Local School District, Montpelier Exempted Village School District, North Central Local School District, and Stryker Local School District.
There are four private schools located in Williams County. They are Fountain City Christian School located in Bryan, Ohio; St. Patrick Catholic School located in Bryan, Ohio; St. Marys School located in Edgerton, Ohio; and Living Word Christian School located in Stryker, Ohio.
Williams County Information
Williams County is located in the corner of the state of Ohio next to both Indiana and Michigan. This is predominantly a farming and factory area. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population estimate for 2008 was 38,158 people.
