Hollaback! is a photoblog and grassroots initiative to raise awareness about and combat street harassment by posting photographs and narrative accounts of individuals' encounters with offenders.

In May 2010, co-founder Emily May stepped up as Hollaback!'s first full-time executive director, and the organization successfully raised close to $15,000 on the internet fundraising platform, Kickstarter, to fund the development and release of the Hollaback! iPhone application.

In addition to the executive director role, Hollaback! employs a team of 20 volunteer associates and interns. The organization has received funding from The Barnard Center for Research on Women and is actively pursuing other opportunities.
