Hosea Rosenberg is an American chef residing in Boulder, Colorado. He was the winner of the fifth season of Top Chef, Bravo's cooking competition show.

Rosenberg was born in Taos, New Mexico. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado.[1] Prior to appearing on Top Chef, Rosenberg was the head chef at Jax Fish House in Boulder and won a number of local awards.[2]

Rosenberg is currently the owner of Blackbelly Catering.
