The Hugayat Tower (also known as Hokait Tower) is a skyscraper located in the city of Khobar, Saudi Arabia. It is located on King Abdul Aziz Road in a growing business district. It is the tallest skyscraper in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. At 133 meters high, it is a major commercial building in Khobar. It contains 36 floors including the basement levels. It was completed in 2007 and the total cost of the project was US$100 million.
