Sgt. Mark A. Rademacher Memorial Park, more commonly known as Hunters Creek Park, is a 760-acre (3.1 km2) park within the Erie County, New York park system and located in the Town of Wales, New York. The park is a popular destination for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding.

According to the Erie County Parks System Master Plan, Hunters Creek Park is classified as a conservation park. The primary purpose of conservation parks is conservation of the natural environment, and nature-based outdoor recreation activities, and the lands are to generally remain in a natural state in perpetuity.[1]

The park was named Sgt. Mark A. Rademacher Memorial Park in 1983 after a 20-year-old US Army Ranger from the Town of Wales who died in the Invasion of Grenada.[2]
