"I'd Do Anything" is the second single to be taken from Simple Plan's debut album No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls. It was released on October 8, 2002. It features vocals from Mark Hoppus (blink-182 and +44). I'd Do Anything is featured in "Buzz Cuts," a list of songs of the 30 best alternative rock songs. The song is also featured in the movie The Hot Chick.

The song is mostly about a relationship breakup and the desperate attempts to get the person back. The music video for the song revolves around kids trying to get into a Simple Plan concert by first impressing the doorman. Hoppus is also featured in the video. The video was also a hit on MTV's Total Request Live Maybe It's Me.

A demo version, called "Anything", with significantly different lyrics, also exists.
