Idahoan Foods is a company based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, founded originally in Lewisville, Idaho in 1960, and specializes in the production of dehydrated potatoes, which it sells under the brand Idahoan. It employs about 500 people at the height of its highly seasonal production cycle.

Besides its mainstay original product, it sells a line of flavored mashed potatoes, including:

  • Butter and Herb
  • Four Cheese
  • Roasted Garlic
  • Buttery Homestyle
  • Loaded Baked
  • Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • Baby Reds
  • Bacon & Cheddar Chipotle
  • Buttery Golden Selects

It also sells packaged Au Gratin, Scalloped, and hash browned potatoes and potato casseroles. More recently, Idahoan Foods launched a line of premium casseroles under the Steakhouse name. These high-end products are made with skin-on red potato slices and include a topping pouch. Some of the flavors include Bacon & Ranch, Parmesan & Herb and Cheesy Hashbrown.

Idahoan Foods also has a line of Foodservice products, ideal for restaurants, school meals, cafeterias, and more. This includes dehydrated potatoes such as mashed potatoes, hash browns, & casseroles.
