Idukki (Malayalam: ഇടുക്കി) is a town in the District of Idukki, in the state of Kerala, India. Idukki Dam is located in this town.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Idukki town had a population of 11,014. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Idukki town has an average literacy rate of 82%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 84%, and female literacy is 81%. In Idukki town, 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
