"If You Love Me (Really Love Me)" is a popular song with music by Marguerite Monnot and lyrics by Geoffrey Parsons. It is based on the French song "Hymne à l'amour", which was popularized by and written by Édith Piaf. Piaf also recorded this English version, however, the recording is rare.

In 1964 Mary Wells recorded this song on her final Motown album, "Mary Wells Sings My Guy"

  • In 1965 it was recorded by Greek singer Nana Mouskouri.
  • In 1992 the song was orchestrated by Johnny Mandel and received a sublime reading by American jazz pianist-singer Shirley Horn on her album Here's to Life, for which Mandel received a Grammy.
  • Elaine Paige also covered the track on her 1994 album, Piaf, released to coincide with her performance in the Pam Gems play of the same name. Paige's live 2008 album, Elaine Paige Live, features a performance from her 40th anniversary tour.
  • It was covered by the Irish singer Aoife on her 2003 album, The Turning of the Tide.
