Ikue Ōtani (大谷 育江 Ōtani Ikue?, born August 18, 1965) is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Tokyo, best known for being the voice of Pikachu in the Japanese and English language Pokémon anime series and products. She is also the voice of Tony Tony Chopper in the manga and anime series One Piece. She is currently attached to Mausu Promotion. Her pet name is "Iku-chan".

She is known for playing both male and female roles, and sometimes plays multiple roles in one production.

In January 2006, Ōtani took a temporarily leave of absence from her work due to her pregnancy.[1] The following voice actress took over her ongoing roles during her absence.
