I believe the use of this image is covered under US fair use laws because:

1. This image is used only to represent the film Let's Do It Again and illustrate how it was promoted during its original theatrical release.
2. It is of low resolution.
3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
4. No free alternative images are available at this time.
