Improvement Support Systems (ISS) are computerized or electronic specialized systems that help to improve processes, resources, products, businesses, and so on.
Examples of ISS are systems that help to improve:
- Industrial production
- Financial indicators (Balance Scorecard)
- Industrial quality, by using for example Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
