InCorp Services, Inc. ("InCorp") is a registered agent service provider in the United States.[1][2][3] As of June 2011, the company claims to have over 100,000 active clients worldwide.[4]
InCorp is currently the largest Nevada-based national registered agent firm, the 2nd largest registered agent in Nevada by volume of active business entities represented,[5] and the fourth-largest registered agent firm in the United States.[1]

InCorp was founded in January 1998 and was initially formed to solely service the entities of a private investment bank engaged in mergers and acquisitions of publicly traded companies.[4]
In June 2001, InCorp began providing national registered agent services (also known as "resident agent services") to the public.[4]
On December 12, 2006 InCorp announced that it had acquired the assets of National Business Incorporators, LLC (NBI), a provider of online incorporation and registered agent services, headquartered in Palm Springs, California.[6]
On January 2, 2007 InCorp announced that it had acquired the client portfolio of NMN Corporate Services LLC, a boutique registered agent firm also headquartered in Las Vegas, NV.[7]
On April 26, 2007 InCorp announced that it had acquired the registered agent portfolios of both Lorettco and Nevada State Resident Agent Services, Inc.[8]
