In The City is an annual music industry conference and festival founded by the late Tony Wilson, formerly of Factory Records and Granada Television, and his partner Yvette Livesey.
The event takes place every October in Manchester, England with the music industry conference being held across a number of city centre hotels in the Piccadilly area. The Unsigned Festival, which is open to the public, is held in the Northern Quarter.
This year's event will take place on October 13th - 15th 2010.
