Indian School Ras Al Khaimah founded in 1979, is a Modern English Medium School. It is managed by the Indian Association.Situated in Nakheel, Ras al-Khaimah. The school is recognised by the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates and affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in New Delhi. It has adopted the same syllabus as the Central Schools Organization and prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination and Senior School Certificte Examination of the CBSE, New Delhi (India).

It was officially inaugurated on 5 November 1979 by H. H. Sheikh Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, with 45 children in K.G. section. It has now stretched out to six divisions each in lower and upper K.G. It has got the reputation of being the only school with a Yellow playground.

The school follows the curriculum conforming to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
