Indonesia National Education Day
Indonesian National Education Day or abbreviated as HARDIKNAS (Hari Pendidikan Nasinal) is celebrated on 2 May, and has been celebrated since 1908. It was initiated by the Indonesian education hero Ki Hajar Dewantara, the founder of the Taman Siswa education system. His educational philosophy Tut Wuri Handayani means that we can help others learn by coaching and mentoring.
