Inihaw na Liempo is grilled pork belly marinated in a mixture of crushed garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. It is served with soy-vinegar (toyo't suka) or garlic-vinegar (bawang at suka). It is called Inihaw in Luzon and Sinugba in the Visayan region of the Philippines.
