InstaForex is a Russian Forex broker providing online trading services using an electronic communication network to execute forex trades. It provides access to trading in currencies as well as contracts for difference (CFD)s based on shares and commodity futures. The company has its headquarters in Kaliningrad, Russia.[1]


InstaForex was founded in 2007 as a retail Forex broker in Russia.[2] It contracted MetaQuotes Software to provide it with an electronic trading platform called InstaTrader.


The company provides trading access to international financial markets, taking advantage of Forex currency trading with the help of electronic communication network (ECN) technology. The company’s customers are also offered CFD trading on NYSE shares, gold, and other trading instruments.

In addition to spot Forex and CFD trading, the company also provides currency options trading.

ForexCopy is a mirror trading system that enabling copying of trades online and money management services for forex Percent allocation management module (PAMM) system.[3][4]


The company’s headquarters are in Kaliningrad, Moscow, and St. Petersburg, Russia.[5][6][7] It has a worldwide network of about 265 representative offices and a presence in 31 countries, mostly in Asia and Europe.


Since 2008, InstaForex has been a member of the RAFMM, The Russian Association of Financial Market Members [8] and in 2012 it joined the Russian Financial Service Consumer Unit (FinPotrebSouz).

InstaForex was licensed for brokerage and dealing activity by the IFSC, the financial regulatory authority of Belize.[9] In November 2013, IFSC issued a warning against a broker and dropped the licensing of the firm offshore entity InstaMarkets Ltd. in Belize.[10]
