InstaForex is a Forex broker providing on-line trading services on the international financial Forex market, as well as CFD for NYSE and commodities and Forex futures. The name of the company has derived from the eng. "instant" and "Forex", which means "instant execution of orders on the Forex market".^{[citation needed]}

History

InstaForex project was founded in 2007 by InstaForex Companies Group as retail broker on the Forex market. Right after the registration the company concluded an agreement with one of the leading companies in software engineering for financial markets – MetaQuotes Software. That is how InstaForex started working on the market of brokerage services all over the world. During the first couple of months of InstaForex work it concluded contracts with the major western contractors providing access to the banking currency market. In order to provide informational support for the clients the company signed agreements on newsfeed provision with major media-company on financial markets.^{[citation needed]}

Location

InstaForex Company is registered in the British Virgin Islands. InstaForex client offices are situated in Kaliningrad, Moscow and Saint Petersburg (Russia). InstaForex Company has over 265 representative offices all over the world. Most offices are located in Asia and Europe.^{[citation needed]}

License

InstaForex Company is licensed for brokerage and dealing activity, and is a member of the FSA, the FFMS and the CySEC. InstaForex Companies Group activity complies with Russian and international legislation. InstaForex Companies Group is registered in British Virgin Islands and acts within the juridical bounds of British law. Since 2008 InstaForex has been a member of the RAFMM. The independent organization unites Russian licensed companies and was created to regulate and solve situations between brokers and their clients.^{[citation needed]}

Services

The main direction of the InstaForex companies group work is providing an entrance to international financial markets all over the world: from ECN trading on Forex currency market to work with derived instruments, such as CFDs, American NYSE shares and gold. At the moment the company provides its service in more than 50 countries of the world. Today over 500 000 individuals and corporations are InstaForex clients. Every day more than 400 traders open accounts with InstaForex and invest their funds in currency and stock markets.^{[citation needed]}

Trading platform

Carrying out deals and managing trading accounts is performed by means of InstaTrader trading system. InstaTrader is a software piece engineered on the basis of MetaQuotes Software company’s product MetaTrader 4.

In December 2009 international exposition brand ShowFx World by the results of ShowFx World Moscow Expo 2009 entitled online broker InstaForex Company as the Best Broker.^{[citation needed]}

In November 2009 international exhibition brand ShowFx Asia entitled online broker InstaForex as the Best broker in Asia by the results of ShowFx Asia Malaysia Expo 2009.^{[citation needed]}

In 2009, 2010 and 2011 in London World Finance magazine named InstaForex the "Best Broker in Asia" within the annual World Finance Awards competition.

In autumn 2011 international European CEO Awards named InstaForex the "Best retail broker of the year".

In May 2011 organizers of Middle East exhibitions "Jordan expo" recognized InstaForex as the "Best Forex broker on retail market".

In November 2011 Abu Dhabi hosted the 9th Middle East Forex & Investment Summit 2011 exhibition. Following the exhibition InstaForex Company was awarded The Best Retail Broker.
