Intelligent despatch

Intelligent despatch is a term used to describe an artificial intelligence system, that automates and controls the allocation of resources for services. Applications range from courier services to taxi services to emergency services to repair services to battlefield management. An example of an Intelligent Despatch system is the "Larry" (previously called AIBA for Advanced Information Based Allocation) system pioneered by eCourier.
