The International Travel Catering Association, formerly the In Flight Catering Association is a trade association for travel catering.[1] They provide educational services, competitive awards (The Mercury Award) and publish a regular magazine Onboard Hospitality.
The ITCA endows a chair in Production and Operations Management at the University of Surrey.[2]
