Interstate 110 consists of several outdated features such as ramps that exit on the left side of the roadway.
[edit] History
The first section completed was part of the Baton Rouge Expressway that included the notorious Governor's Mansion Curve and spanned from Florida Street to Plank Road in the mid 1950s. The final section was completed in the 1980s when the interstate was extended from Harding Blvd. and the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport to Scenic Highway. It was officially named the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Expressway by the Louisiana Legislature during the late 1990s.
