Interstate 20 Business is a spur route that acts as a brief extension of Interstate 20 from its eastern terminus at the interchange with Interstate 95 in Florence, South Carolina. It leads into downtown Florence.

The road begins beyond the Interstate 95 interchange and proceeds into Florence itself along David McLeod Boulevard. It proceeds eastward for about two miles (3 km) until it ends at an intersection with U.S. Route 76.
