State Route 535 (SR 535), most of which is more commonly known as Idaho Street, is a short state highway through downtown Elko in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Nevada. It is also signed as Interstate 80 Business. It was formerly designated U.S. Route 40.
I-80 BL/SR 535 begin at an interchange with Interstate 80 (I-80) in the southwestern part of Elko. The two routes travel to the northeast on Idaho Street and pass just south of Elko Regional Airport. On the southeastern corner of the airport is an intersection with the southern terminus of SR 225 (Mountain City Highway). In the main part of the city is an intersection with the northern terminus of SR 227 and the southern terminus of County Route 741 (CR 741). The two routes pass to the southeast of Main City Park. At East Jennings Way, they turn to the northwest and meet their northern terminus, another interchange with I-80.
SR 535 is not part of the National Highway System, a system of roadways important to the nation's economy, defense, and mobility.
