Ioannina Wireless Network is a non-profit wireless network based in Ioannina, Greece. Its primary goal is to interconnect interested parties using wireless technology (of IEEE 802.11b standard mostly), promoting the free diffusion of knowledge and the spirit of cooperation. At the moment[when?], there are 8 access points (7 downtown and one in mount Mitsikeli) serving more than 40 users.
