Ionuţ Balaur is a Romanian footballer currently playing for SC Vaslui. He made a single substitute appearance for the club in the 2006–07 season.[1] Despite he's a striker, he will be used as a central defender, after Papp and Canu's long term injuries and SC Vaslui's transfers ban.
