The Chancellor of the Exchequer of Ireland was a member of the government of the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland under the Kingdom of Ireland. He headed the Exchequer of Ireland and sat as an MP in the Irish House of Commons.

The office should not be confused with the separate office of Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer of Ireland, comparable to the British Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer, who were judges.

The appointment was not immediately abolished following the Act of Union 1800 which abolished the Parliament of Ireland. The Irish and British Exchequers were only merged in 1816.
