Ischnocnema sanctaecrucis is a frog species of in the family Strabomantidae; it was formerly placed in the "Leptodactylidae" assemblage.
It is endemic to Bolivia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
