Islam Radio, established on 25 November 2005,[1] is a British radio station aimed at providing a quality entertainment service for the country's Muslim population. It is broadcast from studios in Bradford, West Yorkshire and is currently available on the UTV-EMAP multiplex. However, it is shortly[when?] to be launched on a national platform.

The majority of programming is broadcast in English, with a diverse range of shows aimed both at Muslims, and also people of other faiths who wish to gain a greater understanding of Islam.
