Islay Province is the smallest of eight provinces in the Arequipa Region of Peru.

- Cocachacra (Cocachacra)
- Dean Valdivia (La Curva)
- Islay (Islay)
- Mejía (Mejía)
- Mollendo (Mollendo)
- Punta de Bombon (Punta de Bombon)
