Rep. Curtis Blackwood
Jacob Curtis Blackwood, Jr. is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's sixty-eighth House district,[1] including constituents in Union county. A property manager from Matthews, North Carolina, Blackwood is currently (2007-2008 session) serving in his third term in the state House. Blackwood succeed Fern Shubert when she left to run for North Carolina Senate.
