James Beriah Frazier, Jr. (June 23, 1890 – October 30, 1978) was a U.S. Democratic politician.

He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His father was James B. Frazier, who served as Governor of Tennessee from 1903 to 1905 and as a United States Senator from Tennessee from 1905 to 1911. He was elected as a Democrat to the United States House of Representatives from Tennessee and served from January 3, 1949 to January 3, 1963. He died in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
