James Patterson born on October 7, 1977 in Huntsville, Alabama is a minor league hockey forward
Patterson, who played college hockey at the University of Denver, has played in the Central Hockey League, the International Hockey League, the East Coast Hockey League, the American Hockey League, the United Hockey League, the South East Hockey League and the Southern Professional Hockey League. James was named SEHL Most Valuable Player and All-Star in 2003–04 with the Huntsville Channel Cats leading the league in points with 119. James is was the captain of the Huntsville Havoc.Patterson did not sign with Huntsville or any other team for the 2008-09 Season.
