Jana Sena or Jana Sena Party is an Indian political party in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, founded by actor Pawan Kalyan. Jana Sena means People’s Army in 2014.[1]

On March 10, 2014 he submitted an application for registering the party name.[2]

Pawan Kalyan formally launched the party at HICC (Hyderabad International Convention Centre) Madhapur on 14 March 2014.[3] The party will contest elections in residual Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.[4][5][6]
