South Sinai Governorate (Arabic: جنوب سيناء) is one of the governorates of Egypt. It is in the east of the country, covering the southern half of the Sinai Peninsula.
The major cities include:
- el-Tor, the capital;
- Dahab
- Saint Katherine city
- Sharm el-Sheikh
- Taba
- Nuweiba
