Jason Singleton, born of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is the drummer of the rock band Trust Company,[1] as well as the bands Arm in Arms, and The Escape Frame, all from Montgomery, AL. Singleton also briefly played drums for the Ed Kemper Trio in 1997.
Trust Company released their first album, The Lonely Position of Neutral in July 2002. The single "Downfall" went on to be a huge hit, climbing rapidly up the charts.
The band broke up in 2005 but these long time friends couldn't stay away from the business for long.
The band reunited and began working on their 3rd album, with a possible release sometime in 2008. There were also two reunion shows scheduled in their hometown of Montgomery, Alabama in October 2007. The band planned a small tour through the south in March and April 2008.

Divorced in 2010 after having an affair with a student to whom he was giving guitar lessons.
